Chaves U19 er et portugisisk fotballag fra Chaves i Nord-Portugal. Laget ble stiftet i 1976 og spiller hjemmekampene sine på Estádio Municipal Eng. Manuel Branco Teixeira. Chaves U19 spiller i Campeonato Nacional Juniores Série A, den øverste divisjonen for U19-lag i Portugal.
