FC Wels is an Austrian association football club founded in 2003 by the merger of the traditional clubs SK Eintracht Wels and FC Union Wels. It plays in the fourth-tier OÖ Liga. The club is based in the city of Wels.
FC Wels er et østrigsk fodboldhold med base i Wels, Oberösterreich. Klubben blev grundlagt i 1919 og spiller i øjeblikket i den østrigske andenliga, 2. Liga. FC Wels' hjemmebane er Mauth Stadion, der har en kapacitet på 5.000 tilskuere.
Klubben har vundet den østrigske andenliga to gange, i 1989 og 1997. Den har også nået finalen i den østrigske pokalturnering to gange, i 1930 og 1964.
