South Adelaide Panthers is a NBL1 Central club based in Adelaide, South Australia. The club fields both a men's and women's team. The club is a division of the overarching South Adelaide Basketball Club (SABC), the major administrative basketball organisation in Adelaide's southern suburbs. The Panthers play their home games at Marion Basketball Stadium.

South Adelaide Panthers er et australsk basketballlag som spiller i National Basketball League (NBL). Laget er basert i Adelaide, Sør-Australia, og spiller hjemmekampene sine på Adelaide Arena.

Panthers ble stiftet i 1982 og har vunnet tre NBL-mesterskap (1986, 1988 og 1998). De har også vunnet åtte NBL-sluttspill titler (1986, 1987, 1988, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1995 og 1998).

Panthers er kjent for sin aggressive spillestil og høye poengsnitt. De har også vært et av de mest suksessrike lagene i NBLs historie.
