Wikipedia - Mexico national beach soccer team

The Mexico national beach soccer team represents Mexico in international Beach Football competitions and is controlled by the FEMEXFUT, the governing body for football in Mexico. Mexico have a relatively short beach soccer history, which means the key figures in their recent success remain a part of the national team set-up.

Mexico strand, det meksikanske herrelandslaget i fotball, er det nasjonale fotballaget som representerer Mexico i internasjonal fotball. Laget har kallenavnet El Tri ("De tre") fordi det symboliserer den meksikanske trikolorfagget. Laget er styrt av Mexicos fotballforbund.

Mexico strand er medlem av CONCACAF og har spilt i alle verdensmesterskap siden 1994. Laget har vant CONCACAF Gold Cup åtte ganger og var nummer to i Copa América i 1993 og 2001.

Laget er rangert som nummer 11 i verden av FIFA, og har sin hjemmebane på Estadio Azteca i Mexico by.
