Brisbane Spartans er et australsk basketballlag som spiller i National Basketball League (NBL). Laget er basert i Brisbane, Queensland, og ble grunnlagt i 2016. Spartans spiller sine hjemmekamper i Nissan Arena.

Lagets farger er grønt og gull, og deres maskot er en spartaner. Spartans eies av Brisbane Basketball Inc., som også eier Queensland Basketball League-laget Brisbane Capitals.

Spartans har ennå ikke vunnet et NBL-mesterskap, men de har nådd sluttspillet to ganger. I 2018 ble de eliminert i kvartfinalen av Melbourne United, og i 2019 ble de eliminert i første runde av sluttspillet av Perth Wildcats.
