Central State er en basketballskole fra Wilberforce, Ohio, som representerer National Association of Interscholastic Athletics (NAIA) som medlem av Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). Basketball-laget ble grunnlagt i 1917 og spiller hjemmekampene sine i Beacom-Lewis Gymnasium. Central State har vunnet 27 nasjonale mesterskap i NAIA, noe som er mer enn noe annet universitet.
