Baniyas Sports and Cultural Club is an Emirati sports club, based in Al Shamkha, in the Baniyas area of Abu Dhabi. The club competes in the UAE Pro League.

Baniyas har en rekke bemerkelsesverdige spillere i sin historie, inkludert den tidligere brasilianske landslagsspilleren Denilson, den ecuadorianske landslagsspilleren Joao Rojas og den norske spissen John Carew.
Nåværende hovedtrener for Baniyas er Luis Jiminez, som tok over laget i 2022.
