Gaz Metan Medias U19 er et rumensk ungdomsfotballag fra byen Mediaș i Transylvania. Laget er en del av den rumenske toppserien for U19-lag. Gaz Metan Medias U19 spiller sine hjemmekamper på Municipal Stadium i Mediaș.

Lagets trener er Marius Măldărășanu, en tidligere rumensk landslagsspiller. Noen kjente spillere som har spilt for Gaz Metan Medias U19 inkluderer Alexandru Mitriță, Nicolae Stanciu og Gabriel Iancu.

I den rumenske U19-serien har Gaz Metan Medias U19 vunnet cupen en gang, i 2013. I 2016 endte de på tredjeplass i serien, noe som var deres beste plassering noensinne.
