Young Physiques Union (YPU) er et indisk fotballag fra byen Mumbai. Klubben ble grunnlagt i 1950 og spiller for tiden i I-League, den øverste divisjonen i indisk fotball. YPU har vunnet I-League tre ganger, i 1957-58, 1960-61 og 1961-62.

YPU er kjent for sin angrepsivrige spillestil og sitt engasjement for ungdomsutvikling. Klubben har en sterk fanbase i Mumbai og er en av de mest populære fotballklubbene i India.
