Vagator Parish Youth SC er et indisk fotballag basert i Vagator, Goa. Klubben ble grunnlagt i 1987 og spiller for tiden i Goa Professional League, den høyeste divisjonen i Goan fotball.

Vagator Parish Youth SC har vunnet Goa Professional League fem ganger, i 1991-92, 1993-94, 1994-95, 1996-97 og 2000-01. Klubben har også vunnet Goa Super Cup tre ganger, i 1994, 1995 og 1998.
