**Om turneringen**
Bulgaria - 2. divisjon er det andre høyeste nivået i det bulgarske ligasystemet for fotball. Turneringen ble etablert i 1950 og er organisert av det bulgarske fotballforbundet.

**Format**
2. divisjon består av 16 lag som spiller en dobbelserie, der hvert lag møter de andre lagene hjemme og borte. Topplaget rykker opp til 1. divisjon, mens bunnlaget rykker ned til 3. divisjon.
