Liga Leumit (Hebrew: ליגה לאומית, lit. National League) is the second tier level league of basketball competition in Israel. It is the league level that is below the first tier Israeli Premier League.

Den øverste basketballdivisjonen i Israel, kalt National League, ble etablert i 1954. Ligaen består av 12 lag som spiller en vanlig sesong med 22 kamper. Lagene med de åtte beste plasseringene går videre til sluttspillet, der de konkurrerer om mesterskapstittelen.

National League er et høyprofilert og konkurransedyktig liga med flere topplag som Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Jerusalem og Hapoel Holon. Ligaen tiltrekker seg også internasjonale spillere, og flere kamper overføres på nasjonal TV.

Mesterskap i National League er en prestisjefylt pris, og vinneren representerer Israel i den europeiske basketballcupen Basketball Champions League. Ligaen har også produsert en rekke talentfulle spillere som har spilt i NBA og andre internasjonale ligaer.
