The Basketball League of Serbia (BLS) (Serbian: Кошаркашка лига Србије / Košarkaška liga Srbije; abbr. КЛС / KLS), is a top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia. Founded in 2006. It is currently not run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS).

**Serbia - KLS**

Serbia - KLS er en basketballturnering for klubber i Serbia. Den ble etablert i 2006 og er den nest øverste divisjonen i serbisk basketball, etter Basketball League of Serbia (KLS).

Ligaen består av 14 lag som spiller en dobbeltrunde. De to beste lagene rykker opp til KLS, mens de to nederste lagene rykker ned til den tredje divisjonen, First Regional Basketball League (PRBL).

Serbia - KLS er et viktig utviklingsnivå for unge serbiske basketballspillere. Mange spillere som har gått gjennom ligaen har gått videre til å spille i KLS og til og med i EuroLeague.
